Account Registration and Security

Each individual is permitted to hold one and only one account on the vbv8 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using the same or different personal details, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, vbv8 may close all associated accounts and confiscate any balances held within them.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify vbv8 customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account or any other breach of security.
• Account credentials must not be shared with any third party. vbv8 will never ask for your password via email, phone, or live chat.
• All personal details provided at registration must be kept accurate and current. Players are required to update their details promptly if any information changes.

vbv8 employs SSL encryption on all account data and payment transactions. Notwithstanding these protections, the platform cannot guarantee absolute security and accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions on their device.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Bonuses and Promotions

vbv8 offers promotional bonuses to new and existing players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cricket-season promotions. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated on the individual bonus offer page.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless the specific promotion states otherwise.

• Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, exploiting software errors, or placing offsetting bets to reduce wagering risk artificially — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts may be closed.
• Cash deposits and bonus funds are tracked separately within your vbv8 balance. Winnings derived from bonus funds are credited as bonus balance until wagering requirements are satisfied, at which point they convert to withdrawable cash.

Gameplay and Betting Rules

All games available on the vbv8 platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. Sports betting markets are governed by the specific rules of the relevant sport and any additional in-market conditions published on the betting page. The following general gameplay rules apply across all products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. vbv8 does not accept requests to void or amend a bet after confirmation unless there has been a manifest system error on the part of the platform.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vbv8 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, including the use of stolen payment credentials, identity fraud, or the submission of falsified KYC documentation.
• Money laundering or any attempt to use the vbv8 platform to disguise the origin of funds obtained through illegal activity.

vbv8 actively monitors account and transaction data for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Any account found to be engaged in prohibited activity will be suspended without notice. Funds held in suspended accounts will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if the investigation confirms a breach.

Responsible Gaming

vbv8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that allow players to manage their gambling activity in a controlled and informed manner. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that vbv8 does not guarantee any return on funds wagered.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their account settings. Once set, a deposit limit may be decreased immediately but may not be increased for a minimum cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session time alerts to receive a notification after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-exclusion: Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the platform at any time by contacting support. A self-excluded player's account will be suspended immediately and all marketing communications will cease.

Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, recreational purposes only. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vbv8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

vbv8's total aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your vbv8 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

vbv8 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where any of the following circumstances apply:

• The player has breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to eligibility requirements, prohibited conduct rules, or bonus abuse policies.
• The player's account is suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• The player requests self-exclusion or voluntary account closure.

Upon closure of an account in good standing, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are not withdrawable and will be forfeited.

Amendments to These Terms

vbv8 may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, vbv8 will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or via an in-platform notification. The updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
